Welcome!
Our detached villa is built in a typical Spanish style and is located in a wooded area and just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach Platja el Raco. The garden of 200 m2 has a private swimming pool of 6m x 4m where you can relax.
Because the villa consists of 2 separate living areas, and a studio each with a furnished and sunny terrace, this is the ideal holiday home for a nice stay:
Upstairs: for 5 persons
Downstairs : for 7 persons
The studio : for 2 persons (not yet available in 2020)
All three floors are equipped with all modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and so on.

The house is always rented as a whole. Each floor has a separate entrance at the front of the villa so everyone’s privacy is guaranteed.
Furthermore, the connection via the internal staircase between the 2 levels, on both sides can be closed.
Our fenced garden and our private swimming pool are easily accessible from all three accommodations.
This makes our villa ideal for a holiday with a large family or friends. You can enjoy your holiday together with respect for each other’s privacy !
