De villa ligt in op het einde van een rustige straat en bovendien is er geen doorgaand verkeer. De omgeving is dan ook heel kindvriendelijk.

Op wandelafstand vind je een grote supermarkt en 10tallen cafés en restaurants waar je alles kan vinden voor een aangename maaltijd.

Voor sportievelingen is er een ruim aanbod, tennis, minigolf, wandelen, fietsen, mountainbike, etc..
